Model Data Not Refreshing( See Models Not Updating)

Model Data doesn’t appear to be updating, even when doing it manually. For example the HRRR data “line” is behind the current time (red line), when it should actually be 18 hrs ahead.

I’ve tried clearing the cache, but that’s not helping so far. Any suggestions before clearing data or reinstalling?
