Hi guys I’m impressed. This app is coming along nice. Keep up the great work! There’s the odd crash yet. Seems like they happen when I try to open the flowx app. If I open it within TestFlight, there is no crash……

These crashes, after two months of zero crashes, are frustrating. I’ve just added BugSnag to the app so I can get more details about the crashes. If you can make it crash again, I can hopefully find the line of code that is causing the crash.

I’m quite excited to see these crash reports.

I moved to an iPhone because of Apple Air Tag but I miss a lot my Android phone, and miss FlowX even more. Is it possible to be invited to the beta testing? I would love to help!

Hi @duane, I am a gold subscriber on Andriod but I moved to Apple a few months ago. I really miss the Flowx, any chance I can help test drive it?

Hi all,

I wanted to give a big shout out to @duane. If you’re on android or not part of the beta, you may not see how much improvement is happening with the iOS build, updates are coming fast, what was very “bare bones” a few months ago is now much more feature rich and it’s going to be exciting releasing this to the wider apple ecosystem.

Invite should be in your email. There is a bug the fails to show maps on the first launch. You need to quit out of the app by swiping it out of the history stack and reopen. You might have to do this a few times.

This bug is fixed in the upcoming release.

I used flowx for years on android. Still the best weather app on the planet. Really excited to get it on my iphone! If there is still room in the beta I’d be overjoyed to join it. Thank you!

Hi there! Glad to hear that it is coming along! I’m so anxious and upset that I missed beta testing announcements!

Any chance I can be included on the testing?

Also, if I do beta test, can I use my account on iPhone? I maintain my account to support the development, even though I don’t have an android anymore.

You didn’t miss the announcement. I’ve been giving out invites to those actively seeking to test.

Once I need more testing done I’ll send invites to those who registered on flowx.io.

Not much active testing is needed, just general usage which will find the annoyances, bugs and crashes.
