Hi, I had to move to iOS from android for work. I am a subscriber to the pro version. I use FlowX for planning fieldwork around New Zealand.
It would be great to be able to test the iOS version.

Here is a link to join testing: Join the Flowx: Weather Map Forecast beta - TestFlight - Apple

Please don’t share this link widely - it has a limit of 30. Let me know if it reaches the limit. This is just so I don’t have to add each request manually.

I will include links with larger limits as bugs and crashes reduce.

Duane, like others here…I have been a Gold Android user and have recently started using iOS. I would love to be added to the beta test if there is still space available.

Hey Duane and BrianLY-38. I am so happy that Flowx is going to be available on iOS. I was on the Android side for many years and my wife decided to go all Apple. When I got the phone, I was looking for Flowx and noticed that it was not available. I am a paying member on the Android side. Flowx is BY FAR the best weather app out there. It’s the first thing I look at when waking up and typically the first app I use when getting back on the phone for one reason or another. This is also the app that tells me if it is ok to go sailing, and when might the next possible safe day is.

I would love to beta test the current version if that is possible.

Hi Duane,

You may recall that I was involved in the original testing for the ā€œWeatherbombā€ Android version in 2014 and would love to support you with the Apple testing too as I have just (7 days ago) moved to Apple.

Flowx is the one app that I really have missed over the last 7 days, in fact I go back to my Android phone to get my weather.

Hope I am lucky enough to help you with the testing.

Cheers

Phil

@duane I’m not an iOS user and don’t have plans to switch in the near future, but I’d love to be able to use FlowX on my macOS computer. Given that Apple makes is so easy to run iOS apps on macOS now, an iOS version of FlowX would be amazing! Any objection to me joining the Testflight and seeing if it works for me? If you don’t want to muddy the waters with non-iOS bugs I totally understand and will wait for a more generally available release.

I just want to say that FlowX is hands-down the best weather app I’ve ever encountered (I’m also a very satisfied Android Gold member).

Thanks for the support. Feel free to try it on MacOS. Bug reports should show what OS it’s running on.

I’m developing this using Kotlin Multiplatform which should allow me to get to desktop very easily. This is on the future plans.
