Can't purchase gold on iOS

When I view the “Pro Store” section of the iOS app, I see an error on the bottom saying “No product found! Contact developer”

I’m moving over from Android and would love to get my subscription working again!

Hi, Sorry about this. What version are you using?

It’s hard dealing with purchases, especially when I don’t use a Apple device.

Are there any other Apple users here? Are you able to test out a purchase, obviously you don’t go through the whole purchase process. Just see if you can start the Buy process.

Also can you send me the debug log via Advanced Settings in the app.

And please send me a screenshot of the “Pro Store”.

debug log should have been sent (code wlr) just now.

The above screenshot is what I’m seeing on my device too! app version 4.146 on ios 26.3.1

In the beta version on my iPad, I can see the option to purchase.

Are either of you one TestFlight? Am I able to add you to TestFlight to test the recent version in beta?

seeing the same issue in the testflight version, tried sending another debug log after viewing the pro screen.

That’s really odd because I can see the product on my iPad. Also there have been new trials in the last several days so other users have been able to buy.

Also I can’t find your debug log which should be uploaded. I wonder if there is an internet issue or something blocking.

Maybe I need a better way to upload debug logs.

Good morning,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my iPhone and iPad, but the problem remains and I am still unable to purchase a GOLD subscription.

I noticed that when I tap on “Restore” (bottom right), a popup appears at the top of the screen displaying “Success”.

I originally installed the app in October 2025 and uninstalled it shortly afterwards because I had chosen another app.

Maybe the problem is linked to this.

Quick update regarding the issue.

For testing purposes, I asked my wife to download and install the latest version of the app on her iPhone (26.3.1) using her own Apple ID.

The installation completed successfully, but she is experiencing the exact same issue.
When opening the “PRO STORE” section , the app displays the same screen “No product found! Contact developer”

For infomation, Both devices are connected to the Belgian App Store.

Ok, I finally found the bug and it’s fixed. Just refresh the app and it should be working.

It was all my fault.
