Flowx don't download any data

My Flowx Recently don’t download any data , I try to use it on 2 mobiles n cleared cash ,updated it ,even install it on new tablet but still can’t see any data download,plzz help

Can you email the debug log please?

There is no debug log .there is no any error appear just the data blank like tht :frowning:

You can email the debug log via “Feedback” in the side menu.

Looks like you are behind a proxy or something.

thanks for your answer , I dont use any proxy , its seems like my internet provider but i was using flowz last few years with the same provider :frowning: , i cant use my flowx pro :frowning: , can u help please :frowning:

If you try via another provider, for example, via a mobile network, a friends hotspot or wifi, and it works - then the problem is with your provider.

I cannot help you with your provider. I can only control the code for Flowx and the servers. I cannot control anything in between, e.g., your provider.
