I found this very interesting looking at local TV News Website Radar image it’s out in the Bearing Sea Cloud Formation.

I think that is a interpolation artifact.

not a cloud formation however this is typical for my location it’s crazy either I end up with more rain/Snow than the North end of town or I get far less.
