Hello,
I have a gold subscription and want my new device running lineageos without Google services to be my daily driver, but this APP unfortunately can’t detect my position, i guess because i have no Google maps installed.
Ad location doesn’t work, I also can’t enter a ZIP code or country/City by Hand.
Any idea?

Hi @wahnsinn,
Can you see the map when adding a place? You can manually click on the map and add the place, i.e., no search.
Or you can use two-fingers to swipe around on the main weather map, then click “Add Place” in the side menu, or “Set Place” in the top-right menu.
Sorry I don’t have lineageos so I can’t easily fix the bug. That said, I’m planning to replace the Auto-complete search bar. It’s costing a lot per month to run.
