NO2 layer was atop Precipitation, even though Precipitation was last selected.
Turning off NO2 did not remove from display.
Suggestion:
Layer stack is now horribly complex with classic “Who’s on first?” confusion. The user should be able to set selected layer stack to enable Precip over NO2 if desired.
