During app start, a popup states “NOAA NAM 12km is not available for your PTO level. Falling back to GFS.”
If I am in bad reception areas, I would be able to select the location and see the selection screen suggesting non pro/gold version for a little while before it pops back to the normal menu
Impact: causes revert to GFS everytime I open the app after it’s closed
@Stanada Hello and Welcome to the Forum and Thank You for Using Flowx. I checked and tried to reproduce your finding on my app and device and have no issue 
might try to clean app cache and or restart your device. if that don’t work make sure you export your settings then try clearing app data basically resets the app and you have to re-enter your location and settings

Unfortunately I tried clearing cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the same thing happened. Tried with CMC HRDPS as well
Got you a video grab of the reproduction from my phone.
Put the debug log with 2 states (first one is a clean load, switched to HRRR, and 2nd state is supposed to be the 2nd load where the error showed up)
P.S. Really enjoy the product - amazing work. This is by no means a deal breaker, just wanted to put it on your radar. More than happy to provide any other diagnostics

I just released a version of Flowx to 25% of users users with a new code base for pro store and then I got feedback it was broken. I’m just fixing it. I can’t replicate the problem on my phone so feedback from other to fix the issue would be really helpful. I got a new version done where Flowx will wait for your saved pro status to load before loading the map. It also saves all pro status loading messages.
You can either update to version 3.366 by either:
joining beta testing on the Play Store and updating
or download the APK from here: https://flowx.io/apk/flowx3366.apk
Please let me know how it goes. Feel free to send me the debug log.

Hi, Duane…as suggested and since I am on beta, I loaded the new version. When opening it for the first time, I was told that I could not use one of the Pro forecasts. However, when I tried another, it seems to be working the way it should. Hope all is well there!
I can reproduce the problem anytime when i wipe out flowx of memory and restart flowx.
Playstore tells version 3.366
App Info tells version 3.357

Ok, I’m pretty sure I’ve found the bug. I couple of silly things on my part. My default place has an openzone so it was masking the bug and I didn’t see it. I finally realised this and tried a non-openzone place and was able to replicate the bug.
I was able to find the bug and it was a very silly bug on my part.
Version 3.368 is available in beta testing (in a few hours) or here:

I hope to get this to production in the next few days.

Switched to beta channel. App info Version still says it’s 3.357 (play store says 3.368) but problem no longer exists. Thanks for the fix!

I just realised that “3.357” version number is broken and a bug. I’ll fix this later.
