Release 3.416 (7 Mar 2024) Beta

  • Updated ECMWF HRES global model from 0.4 degrees to 0.25 degrees resolution. This is the same resolution as GFS.

  • Removed deprecated Expedition Marine domains in Australia and the UK.

  • Added adaptive launcher icons including a monochrome icon.

  • Flowx does not default to fullscreen mode - please set this in settings.

Sorry this is just a replacement beta test because I used the wrong year (2023) in the change log. Plus I defaulted fullscreen mode to off.

The BoM data for Australia costs between $5,000 and $15,000 per year. Flowx makes about $2500 per year from Australian subscriptions. It’s difficult to justify financially.
