Most important thing is to be washing your hands often, with soap and for minimum 20 seconds, and to avoid touching your face with your hands, before they are washed, if you have been out.
I can recommend the last season of the podcast “Science vs” from Gimlet. It has lots or meticulously fact researched info about the coronavirus.
