Hi Duane, I just tried out the new Menus (beta) feature. I chose the Precipitation menu, then switched to the Radar menu.
What I noticed was even though I turned the Radar off, removed it from the selection, switched the usual Precipitation on/off/on, exited the app and restarted it, Reflectivity stayed.
To get rid of it I added the normal Reflectivity, Save, then go back and turn it off.
Sorry I can’t replicate this. I assumed you mean "removed it from selection " to mean you edited the map menu and removed radar???
I promise this will be fixed after the 1st of Jan 2026 
By Map Menu, you mean the row at the bottom and the circled + at the RHS? That’s where I went in to add the Menus (Beta) choosing Radar Menu.

The behaviour is that when you remove data from the menu, it’ll turn it off on the map. The app does behave like this for individual data items but there is a bug is the data that is turned on is in a submenu.
Submenus are still in beta. The behaviour will likely change in the future.
