Want to upgrade but not sure what level

I love this app! It takes awhile to learn but I much prefer it to a “narrative” forecast.

I want to upgrade from the free app, partly to support the project, but also to get better forecasts for my area, which is Southern Connecticut, USA.

If I upgrade to Gold, will I be able to determine which features are important to me and then decide what level to choose? Or is it better to try Bronze or Silver first?

I’m mainly interested in getting the most accurate forecast when going out in my small sailboat.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you’re in the USA, you want gold. It’s by far the best with HRRR 3km res and 15 min or 1 hour time steps and new forecasts every hour. It’s one of the best in the world.

If you try gold, I’m happy to refund even months after the trial period.

Thanks Duane, that’s what I thought from the description. I’ll go for it!

Wow, I’m impressed with NOAA HRRR!

This is a good time for me to be testing it because we have a lot of little rain cells moving around the area and the map is picking them up quite accurately.

I’m wondering if the more frequent updating contributes to better short-term forecasting. Seem to me that it is.
