What is the Compare Maps function and how do you use it?

Feature request post Compare Maps function mentions scrolling in “Compare Maps” but I’m not familiar with this feature and that’s the only post referring to it.

Can someone explain it ?

“Compere maps” is not implemented.

There is a “compare mode” for the graphs, that you can reach via the menu that is shown when you long press on a graph, or via short cut by double tap on a graph.
