I have an idea for a possible enhancement to the display. It’s to create a slight difference in brightness - a contrast between daytime and nighttime. It wouldn’t need to be much but it’d have to be synchronised with actual light and dark for the area on display, changing with the seasons. It would effectively show sunrise and sunset.
Just a thought but perhaps the work involved would make it unfeasible.
It’s on the list. I have an idea on how to do it and I don’t think it’ll be too difficult. It’ll use the data that I use for the sun/moon feature. I’ll make it so you can add it to the graphs too.
As an added bonus, I would like to trial the map transition between the light/dark maps styles or have city lights render as an overlay at night.
