It seams that the zoom-level is one global variable.
I think it would be nice if it could be saved individually with every location, so that when changing location it would load using the pre-defined zoom-level rather than using the “last active one”.
Indeed, and yes individual zooms were on the plan and in fact in the code at one stage. It’s easy to do. It might have to be an option in the settings to start with and then we might get rid of the global zoom over time.

I see the point for individual zoom although I like the global yes it has a lot to update but you don’t have to scroll around to get a larger viewing
